Brooke's primary focus lies in the design side and early project visioning, collaborating closely with clients and the project team. He's a master of both SketchUp and hand sketching, utilizing these tools to craft compelling and thoughtful design solutions.

Dryden Razook is a Principal at S9 Architecture with over 20 years of experience leading complex mixed-use, office, residential, and retail developments. He specializes in large-scale urban projects with a focus on adaptive reuse, placemaking, and integrating architecture with real estate strategy. His work bridges design and development, shaping spaces that connect people and enhance the public realm.

His project portfolio includes Neuhoff in Nashville, 725 Ponce and Campus 244 in Atlanta, the Turbine Halls and 125 Lincoln in Boston, the Hangar District in Toronto, and Pier 70 Building 12 in San Fransico.

He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia, a Master of Architecture from Yale University, and a degree in real estate development from New York University.

Edmund Ramos brings over two decades of expertise in steering high-profile capital development initiatives, with a robust portfolio in program management. His experience spans strategic planning, program start-up and validation, contracts and commercial management, and successful project delivery. Edmund currently serves as Deputy Program Director for the Concourse D Widening project, a critical capacity expansion at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Before joining ATLNext in 2017, he spent a decade delivering fast-track capacity enhancement projects at Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi, including the US CBP Pre-clearance facility, A380 gates, arrivals building, passenger segregation structures, baggage system expansions, and IT, security, and life safety system upgrades. Edmund is known for his exceptional ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships, navigating complex project landscapes with a collaborative approach and effective communication. His skills in aligning owners, airline partners, designers, contractors, and community representatives have consistently delivered successful outcomes, positioning him as a leader in the field.

Emily Fulton is a seasoned building enclosure specialist with dual degrees in Civil Engineering (Georgia Tech) and Mathematics (Georgia Southwestern). She has extensive experience reviewing architectural drawings and specifications for a variety of building types, with an emphasis on building enclosure integrity, structural connections, and constructability. Her technical work includes light-gauge framing analysis and structural connection design.

Currently serving as the lead for building enclosure projects at SK Collaborative, Emily provides oversight on enclosure design, detailing, and field performance to support energy efficiency, code compliance, and long-term durability. She holds an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification and is a Registered Exterior Wall Observer (REWO) and Registered Roof Observer (RRO), ensuring quality assurance through third-party observation. She is also a National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Green Verifier and Certified Roof Impedance Operator.

Emily’s combined technical and field expertise makes her a key contributor to successful enclosure consulting on both new construction and renovation projects.

Eneko Igartua is the Regional Façades Sales Manager at Cosentino, where he specializes in delivering high-performance architectural solutions using innovative materials. With a strong background in sustainable design and façade systems, he collaborates closely with designers, contractors, and manufacturers to implement advanced cladding technologies.

His international education and professional experience have given him a global perspective on design, innovation, and sustainability. Eneko has contributed to a wide range of commercial projects across Europe, Latin America, and the United States, and has worked with leading façade manufacturers on forward-thinking building envelope solutions.

He holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Design for Global Leadership from Parsons School of Design – The New School. This education has strengthened his view of design as a strategic tool—not only for visual impact but also for solving complex challenges and shaping systems, services, and organizations to be more effective and sustainable. Eneko actively participates in industry events and has led multiple masterclasses in both higher education and the private sector.

Eric Claeys holds a degree as Civil Engineer in Construction from KU Leuven, Belgium, a degree in Industrial Engineering in Public Works from KU Leuven, Belgium, and graduated with a Master in Business Administration from the Vlerick Business School, Belgium. Eric has 40 years of experience in façade technologies and consulting and was involved in hundreds of prestigious projects by the most famous architects in more than 30 countries worldwide. Since the very beginning, value engineering has been his driving force, along with the belief that “ It always seems impossible until it’s done”. Out-of-the-box thinking is not just in his DNA; it is his DNA.

Eric is the inventor of “hybrid” curtain wall systems, an innovative combination of stick and unitized CW systems. The technologies are covered by an extensive patent portfolio in more than 70 countries worldwide.

With over 30 years of architectural experience across the Middle East, China, the Caribbean, and North America, Kevin Heidorn has led diverse projects spanning hospitality, multifamily, custom homes, resorts, commercial, and industrial buildings. Since joining Oppenheim Architecture in 2006, he has served as a Studio Leader, overseeing the full project lifecycle—from briefing and design to documentation and contract management. As the first point of contact for clients, he works closely with principal Chad Oppenheim to shape clear briefs and unlock each site’s potential. Known for his practical, budget-aware approach, Kevin fosters long-term relationships and emphasizes collaboration, quality, and building craft. With a strong track record of built work and a delivery-focused team culture, he brings efficiency and proven solutions to every commission. Kevin champions thoughtful design, challenges conventional models, and encourages dialogue to create greater cultural and economic value for clients and communities alike.

Marilyn Specht is a Senior Principal and the Director of Sustainability Integration at SmithGroup. In this role, she works closely with the national multidisciplinary Climate IMPACT team and experts across all disciplines to integrate holistic sustainability and regenerative design, scaling climate action across the firm. Marilyn currently serves on Living Future’s Materials Health Technical Advisory Group and USGBC’s LEED Environmental Quality Technical Advisory Group.

Previously, Marilyn was the Vice President of Sustainability at Introba (formerly Integral Group) where she worked with clients around the world to develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs across their portfolios and within communities.

Combining passion with her experience, Marilyn spends each day working to solve our most complex challenges at the intersection of sustainability, health and wellness, and equity.

Mark Chiu leads Thornton Tomasetti’s Façade Engineering Practice in Chicago and has more than 16 years of experience in design of all types of exterior envelope systems, with a focus on sustainable design. He has in-depth knowledge and a specialization in building science, with certifications and credentials in the area of LEED design, NFRC simulations, and Building Enclosure Commissioning. His project work reflects this area of expertise as it involves attention to thermal analysis, high-performance and climate-specific design, and testing/analysis of the building envelope systems. He has collaborated on several notable national and international projects involving complex geometries, intricate detailing, challenging performance goals and material uses, as well as reuse of existing structures for re-clad/over-clad envelope design solutions.

Mickey Leso is an expert in building enclosure, roofing, and waterproofing projects. His role includes coordination with internal and external teams, client outreach and support, strategic planning, and business development. He earned an integrated Bachelor/Master of Architectural Engineering degree along with a minor in Architecture from Pennsylvania State University. Mickey is deeply committed to advancing sustainable and green building practices and serves as a Vice President at Salas O’Brien.

Mike is a Senior Vice President at Holder Construction Company, a national commercial construction services firm founded in 1960, with offices in Atlanta, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas, Columbus, Charlotte, San Jose and Washington DC.

Mike has been with Holder for 29 years since graduating from Auburn University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. His entire career has been focused on planning and preconstruction services with the goal of setting projects up for success. Mike has delivered preconstruction services on projects totaling over $15 billion dollars across all project delivery methods, including several “mega” projects such as the Maynard H. Jackson, Jr. Atlanta International Terminal, HJAIA Concourse D Widening and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Mike believes the trust, communication, collaboration and hard work are the keys to project success and strives to help build high performance teams focused on a common mission. He is a Certified Professional with the Design Build Institute of America and a LEED-Accredited Professional.

Norris’ experience covers many project types and buildings including: hotels, office, mixed use, aviation, classroom, laboratory buildings, and retail. With his people skills, sensitivity to clients’ priorities, and poise, he provides GVSA with a very accomplished project manager. Norris believes in working closely with all stakeholders, liaising between the design team and the ambitions of the client to produce the best possible results. Outside of work, Norris enjoys photography and getting stuck into a good book and he also serves on the Guest Experience team at Mount Paran Church in Atlanta.

Raj Sundar is the Business and Sales Manager for the Lumiflon® Resins Portfolio with experiences in the polymers and chemicals industry including coatings and composites, in roles that include sales and business management, business development, product management, product development, sustainability champion, product development and researcher at institutions including the Naval Laboratory, Honeywell, Ticona, BASF and AGC. The goal of our team is to provide solutions to meet market needs, where our Lumiflon® Fluoropolymer FEVE technologies provide for durable long lasting exterior coatings, especially in the architecture and infrastructure markets.  I feel fortunate and blessed to have a broad background to meet market needs, challenges and opportunities.

Ross has over 30 years of experience in the design, planning, and project management of aviation projects with a focus on complex terminal renovations. As principal and senior project manager, Ross provides project oversight and design guidance for team visioning, mapping the process and identifying key milestones, as well as performance management and quality assurance. Throughout his tenure, Ross has led programs that transform the passenger experience and redefine airport dining and retail programs to meet the ever-changing needs of the industry. He has a passion for projects that are visionary and require the collaboration of the owner, contractor, tenants and design team.

Thomas Miller leads the Special Projects and Technical Consulting teams at Forster’s headquarters in Romanshorn, Switzerland. He began his career 25+ years ago as an architect at Siemens AG and later held a role in Business Development at Germany-based Dormakaba. He went on to manage complex, high-end façade projects across the USA, Europe, and Asia for several renowned European façade companies. Among his most notable Façade achievements are the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, the Renzo Piano Pavilion at the Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth, the iconic glass and roof structure of the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park in Cupertino and the United Imaging Campus in Shanghai.

With a deep expertise in building envelopes and a strong passion for design, Thomas collaborates closely with architects, developers and engineers to deliver bespoke solutions using Forster’s unique steel systems.

Vaughn Schauss is the Americas Technical Services Manager for Kuraray’s AIS division. In this role, he works with glass fabricators, architects, specifiers, structural engineers, and façade consultants on the specification, design, and use of laminated glass in buildings, and provides expertise to fabricators on the lamination process.  Focusing on structural, security, acoustic, and hurricane applications for laminated glass, Vaughn is active in many industry organizations and standards committees such as ASTM, FGIA, NGA and others.

A frequent speaker and author of articles about the use of glass in buildings, Vaughn has over 15 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry.  He is a graduate of the University of Houston with a master’s degree in chemistry.

Z Smith is Principal and Director of Sustainability and Building Performance at EskewDumezRipple, winner of the AIA Firm Award. His built work includes academic, laboratory and residential buildings earning LEED Gold and Platinum certification, and winners the AIA COTE Top Ten award, the RAIC Green Building award (Canada), and the international Urban Land 10 Extra Green award. He brings training and experience in physics and engineering to the field of architecture, is named as inventor on 10 patents, and author on over 50 peer-reviewed scientific publications He has taught at the Tulane School of Architecture and the University of British Columbia, and has served on state, national and international bodies including the Louisiana Energy Code Commission, the Louisiana Climate Initiatives Task Force, the US Green Building Council Louisiana Chapter, the national Advisory Group of the AIA Committee on the Environment (COTE), and the International Union of Architects Sustainable Development Commission.
